now this game......is something special to be honest, and how is that? well *deep breath* wait gameplay 1st i ALWAYS MUST DO GAMEPLAY

GAMEPLAY

now the controls are simple, you run left, you run right, you can climb up and down climbable stuff, you can press buttons, grab stuff AND push and pull things, i am being vague because the controls are simple, THE PUZZLES HOWEVER, well they start out easy but they later become major pain in the butt......so to be its like every puzzle game ever start out easy and BOOM hard

and too go along with this game there are as well deaths.....ohh boy the deaths......the very grusome and gory ways to prmatuly ends one life in the matter of seconds, well you might start to see why its an October based review


you see in every......levels?.....chapters??......stages???........phase??????? idk

there are many ways to end the fragile main character, and i do mean many and fragile, i mean the guy cant even stay underwater for 5 seconds before he drowns.....and a single graze from a heavy box if he is under it and almost out can end him.......also the more grusome ways include but not limited to being cut to pieces, stabbed, decapitation via bear-traps, spider.......a GIANT spider might i add, being crushed, and so on and so forth

i know what your thinking why is this guy going through some sort of place that could kill him....1st its can and 2nd STORY TIME

STORY

A little boy woke up in LIMBO which he landed in the woods after he died along with his sister, he wondered where his sister is so he decided to go on a Journey that could very well end his life.......again to reunite with his sister again, only to be confronted by many death traps, pits, spider, and so on and so forth....thats it

there is NOTHING ELSE i can say about it

ART

NOW were getting somewhere

where LIMBO lacks in........story, what it really shines in is the art, and OH DEAR LORDY is it great for the eyes

1st off the color scheme is black, white and grey.......yes even the blood and guts are black too, which really makes this game that much more dark (npi) and creepy, which makes it really unnerving to some

2nd the game is actuly in HD..without the brown and some bloom....MORE BLOOM i mean they dint have to make the game HD but they did....also it gives the game that much more of a flare, also the background....its actuly beautiful in my opinion

the more further in the game your in the more you feel alone and secluded, which is actuly quite scary in some  cases, and trust me when you play this game you will feel alone from start to finish, with nothing human aiding you on your side

MUSIC

like i said the game will make you feel all alone in this place, and with the music.......it describes that perfectly

its not much music as it is more a slow sound of some instruments which kinda sounds like the environment your in at the time

it just makes you feel more alone and secluded all the way through the whole game as you try to reunite with your sister again,

FINAL THOUGHTS

the story is kinda plain and kinda sad, and kinda unknown in all honesty i mean we dont know how he ended up here, i know its nothing to do with some monster.....or slenderman

the music makes you fell cold and alone throughout the whole game

and the art which makes up the whole game, makes it dark, lonesome, eerie, and if you get killed gruesome

i know this review is kinda......empty but trust me, LIMBO is a good game, and it fits well in October for how alone the game makes you
